setup-life (now part of distill)

setup-life used to be a one-time skill that built your Life folder. That step now lives inside distill.

Say "distill" or "distill my life." On the first run the agent creates ~/.Life if it is missing, then writes the days you skipped. There is nothing to run first.

See Install skills to put luci and distill-my-life on Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
