Capture

Meeting notes without a bot

Record Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams calls from your own computer. No bot joins the call, and the notes stay on this device.

LUCI takes meeting notes from your machine. It does not send a participant into Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. The other people on the call never see a notetaker join.

Before the call

  1. Install LUCI on Mac or Windows.
  2. Grant microphone and screen access.
  3. Keep LUCI running. Capture happens on this computer, so the call has to be playing here.

You do not connect a calendar. You do not invite luci@... to the meeting.

During the call

Start the meeting in Zoom, Meet, Teams, or another app on this computer. LUCI hears both sides: yours and theirs. It also sees what is on screen, so the deck you reviewed is part of the same memory as what was said.

Every word, yours and theirs, stays on this device. The notes are written here.

After the call

When the meeting ends you can:

  • Read the notes and action items
  • Search what was said, later, in your memory
  • Ask in chat: "what did we decide about pricing?"
  • Let a connected agent recall the same meeting after you install the official skills

Your agent also writes a daily record in your Life folder. That is the agent's job. LUCI remembers.

What this is not

  • Not a meeting bot. Nobody else sees LUCI in the participant list.
  • Not a cloud notetaker. The recording is not sent away to be written down.
  • Not calendar-bound. If you are in the call on this computer, LUCI can capture it.

Works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other apps that play audio on your machine, including in-person conversations recorded on the laptop.
