Connect Antigravity

Antigravity's agent works inside your workspace. The page you read in the browser, the terminal in another window, and what was said on this morning's call are all outside it. The official LUCI skills tell it when to look those up.

The skills live in the official repo: Memories-ai-labs/Luci-skills.

Install the skills

From LUCI

1. Turn on screen memory and leave LUCI running.
2. Open Settings → Agent access.
3. Click Install next to Antigravity.

LUCI writes the skills, luci and distill among them, into ~/.gemini/config/skills/. That is the global skills folder for the Antigravity app and editor.

If the row says Not detected, LUCI did not find ~/.gemini/antigravity on this computer. Install from GitHub instead.

From GitHub

For one project, run this in the project folder:

npx skills add Memories-ai-labs/Luci-skills -a antigravity

The skills land in .agents/skills/, which the app, the editor, and the Antigravity CLI all read.

Or globally:

npx skills add Memories-ai-labs/Luci-skills -a antigravity -g

That writes to ~/.gemini/antigravity/skills/, the older global folder the editor still supports. More options: Install skills.

Try asking

• "What was I reading before I opened this repo?"
• "Search my screen memory for the build error from this morning"
• "Find where we agreed on the API shape in today's call"
• "distill my life"

Optional: connect over MCP

If you would rather give Antigravity the tools without the skills, copy the URL and token from Settings → Agent access → Manual MCP setup in LUCI. Add them to ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json, the global file the editor and the Antigravity CLI read, or to .agents/mcp_config.json for one project:

The key is serverUrl, not url. In the editor, open the … menu at the top of the agent panel, then MCP Servers → Manage MCP Servers → View raw config. In the app, open Settings → Customizations → Installed MCP Servers. Antigravity asks before running a tool you have not configured. See Connect over MCP.

Skills are the recommended path. MCP is the fallback.
