Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager / Product Lead with international vision, an engineering background, and strong product thinking. You will be responsible for building differentiated products from scratch (0 → 1), exploring innovative directions, and transforming advanced AI technologies into impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle from 0 → 1, including research, design, development coordination, launch, and iteration
- Deeply understand user needs, identify potential scenarios, and explore AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver complex features and optimize user experience
- Establish and track product metrics, making data-driven decisions
- Stay current with AI technology and industry trends, proposing forward-looking product strategies
- Drive efficient execution in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with overseas or international study experience; fluent in English
- 3+ years of experience in AI product management, ideally in multimodal AI or Agent applications
- Hands-on experience leading or deeply participating in at least one full product lifecycle (0 → 1)
- Engineering background with strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with development teams
- Passionate about startups and innovation, willing to take on challenges

- Experience with AI Agent ecosystems, automated workflows, or user growth
- Startup experience, with ability to adapt quickly and drive change
- Strong product intuition and data-driven thinking, able to independently execute research, design, and delivery
