Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Growth professional to drive user acquisition and brand expansion in overseas markets. Using data-driven methodologies, you will design and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and repurchase to fuel international expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies, establish KPIs (DAU, conversion rate, retention, CAC, LTV), and identify new opportunities based on user data and market trends
- Analyze user funnels, design and execute A/B tests, and leverage tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, etc.) for tracking and insights
- Define product positioning, optimize SEO/SEM, manage influencer & social campaigns, and oversee multi-channel marketing
- Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools to analyze data, validate growth hypotheses, and establish repeatable processes
- Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure growth strategies are effectively implemented
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in product growth, operations, or marketing, with proven results
- Familiarity with growth frameworks (AARRR, North Star metrics), SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
- Skilled in tools for analytics, marketing, automation, and CRM
- Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and ability to drive results through experimentation
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
