Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Researcher to join our research team and help build next-generation intelligent systems. You will work on cutting-edge problems across computer vision, vision-language models (VLM), multi-modal large language models (MMLLM), and efficient machine learning.
Responsibilities
You will lead and/or contribute to research in one or more of the following areas:
- Multi-modal representation learning and embedding methods
- Large Language Models (LLMs): pre-training, post-training, alignment, and fine-tuning
- Reinforcement learning: algorithms, environments, and evaluation
- Computer vision: model architecture design, benchmarking, and dataset curation
- Model efficiency and acceleration: quantization, distillation, pruning, and compression
- Designing and running experiments, building research prototypes, and analyzing results
- Translating research ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Staying up to date with the latest research and actively exploring new directions
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning
- Proficiency with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
- Demonstrated research ability, such as publications, open-source contributions, or impactful applied research projects
Bonus Qualifications
- Publications in top-tier conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL)
- Experience with large-scale or distributed model training
- Experience building data pipelines and evaluation systems for multi-modal models
